Eternal Memory is the first release from Sleepsang. Sleepsang processes audio and arranges it to explore in intricate detail the overall harmony of the sounds, within its swirls and turbulence, lifts and falls, errors and mistakes. In this way, the digital mirrors the fuzzy analogue of experience. Melody prevails throughout the entire album. On 'Clocktown', the warm opening chords give way to clicks, pops and sparks, with the listener being brought out of the song and into the room of the composer at one point. 'Invisibility Cloak' is a shimmering anthem, and 'Submerged Electronic Cables' creates an amniotic headspace from hypnotic chords and skittering piano chords. The record closes with 'Spindelnät', a stormy, spectral goodnight.
